Places I have Worked: My lemonaide stand just wasn't doing it for the family, so after earning my B.S. in education, I taught mathematics (grades 7 - 12) and HS chemistry at Green Lake, Wisconsin for 5 years. My teaching years were totally enjoyable, but I yearned to run my own business and knew that my first love was roller skating. So, after operating a "make shift" rink in St Patrick's School basement (Ripon, WI) for 2 years, we purchased our present location, The Roller Den, in Monroe, WI. Life has been good to us for the past 23 years at the bottom of the state. This summer I am getting myself 're-certified' so that I am able to teach at the local college. My life is one big circle.

Places I have Traveled: Most of our travel was for and with our kids (3 girls). We have been to Disney World (twice), Disneyland, the entire mid-west and west, with lots of time in the mountains, whitewater rafting, snow skiing, biking, etc. Without the kids, my wife and I have been to Hawaii twice.

About My Family: Mom and Dad still live 5 miles south of Oshkosh, where Kreegs, Dugo, Getschel and company had all those wild parties (like any of you would believe that). Our oldest daughter, Kelly, is 22 and graduates from college in one week. She has accepted a position at the Univ. of Iowa to do DNA research in their lab. Our middle daughter, Susan T., just turned 21 and is majoring in boys. Some days the "T" stands for "terrific", other days it stands for "trouble." She makes life interesting and worthwhile. The youngest, Tami (age 20), is the family comedian; Look for her to take over Rosie O'Donnel's place.

Now, you may be wondering, how did you get 3 daughters each one year apart. We wondered that, too. Once we found out, we quit doing that. Seriously, we were kind of worried about losing them all at once. It sure is different. The phone never rings anymore, but the honey moon has begun  :^)

Future Plans: Future Plans??? I'm trying to decide what I want for lunch. That's about as far ahead as I am. My other plan is to figure out WHO this Mystery Person is. This is kind of better than a real reunion. I have already read about people whom I probably would never talk to at a reunion. My only hope is that THE REST OF MY CLASSMATES WILL POST. For those of you reading this, please call your closest old friends from HS and get them (and of course yourself) to join in. This is fun. One more idea for the mystery person: How about a live Chat Room with a posting of scheduled times so that classmates could log on and talk in real time?

Are you attending the 50th BD Bash? Yes, if the date doesn't conflict.

The person I most want to see at the 50th Birthday Bash is: All the people who attended classes on the 2nd floor, but especially Terri Ostertag, Barb Whiston, Rita Wier, Paula and Sue Poeschl, Karen Wahlgren, Pat Boehme, Barb Kriha. On the 1st floor, I'd like to see all the Dicks (Dugo, Getschel, Galicia), Kreegs, Nevers, Denny Detlaff, Don Zemke, Tim Galow, Randy Krug, Dave Schani, God, I hope I didn't leave anybody out. Actually, I hope everyone comes!!
